As a region, we are delighted to host the second annual Southeast Dharma Celebration at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Atlanta. Inspired by Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, renowned Buddhist Master and Founder of the New Kadampa Tradition – International Kadampa Buddhist Union (NKT-IKBU), this Celebration is a wonderful opportunity for people throughout the Southeast to gather together to receive helpful teachings and meet like-minded friends.
All proceeds from the Southeast Dharma Celebration will benefit the International Temples Project. It is Ven. Geshe-la's wish that through this charitable organization he has established, Kadampa Buddhist Temples dedicated to inner and outer peace will appear to help people in every major city in the world. We become a part of this compassionate vision simply by attending.
